All orders are processed within 2business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
From time to time order processing may take longer than this by potential delays due to a high volume of orders or shipping problems with carriers that are outside of our control. We will keep you informed as much as we can in these circumstances.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: Free shipping for orders over $150 does not apply to orders over 20kg or when your cart contains a sale products. In the event that this shipping option is chosen for orders over 20kg or on sale items, our customer service team will be in contact to organise payment for the additional shipping costs.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $150 within [4069, 4070 postcode]. For orders under $150, we charge from $10 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 8am-5pm on Monday - Friday. We will contact you with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Brookfield, Queensland. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours arebetween 8am-5pm Monday- Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. Please note all in-store pick ups must occur within 7 days of your order. If an order is not picked up within 7 days we will refund your order and you may be charged a processing fee.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes * locker boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O Boxes or Locker Boxes, please ensure you include a postal address when placing an online order. If you order with a P.O Box or Locker Box we may have to cancel your order.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
NOTE: All items on sale are final, there is no return or refund available on sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible email@example.com your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
