Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

From time to time order processing may take longer than this by potential delays due to a high volume of orders, holiday periods or shipping problems with carriers that are outside of our control. We will keep you informed as much as we can in these circumstances.

For orders over $200 we offer FREE shipping Australia wide, when you order weighs under 15kg.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery

Free local* delivery is available for orders over $150 within [4069, 4070, 4520 postcode] some exclusions do apply. Gas Bottle delivery is excluded from our free delivery. For orders under $150, we charge from $10 for local* delivery. Firewood crate delivery incurs a delivery fee. 

Deliveries are made from 8am-5pm on Monday - Friday. We will contact you with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

*Local Delivery includes 4069,4070 and 4520 postcodes.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our stores in Brookfield and Samford, Qld. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are between 8am-5pm Monday- Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Some deliveries may take longer if you are considered to be in a 'rural' location. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O Boxes unless you select AusPost as your shipping option. Please ensure you include a postal address when placing an online order. If you order with a P.O Box we may have to cancel your order. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once a refund is requested you have 14 days to return your item or your request will be cancelled. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer.

We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
