I'm hesitant to leave a negative review, but my initial experience was truly disappointing. It's disheartening to feel ignored by the company, especially when I received damaged products. It's not just a matter of preference, but a legal requirement since I can't use one of the products. I've tried contacting them through two emails and a Facebook message, yet there has been no resolution so far. Do you really think this is acceptable quality??
