Vitamin B1 Injection – Thiamine Supplement

Vitamin B1 Injection provides thiamine, an essential water-soluble vitamin that plays an important role in carbohydrate metabolism, energy production and normal nerve function. It is formulated for horses and dogs that may require additional vitamin B1, particularly during periods of hard work or increased nutritional demand.

Thiamine helps the body convert glucose into energy and supports the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and amino acids. As it is water-soluble and is not stored in large amounts in the body, regular supplementation may be recommended when dietary intake is insufficient. High doses of thiamine are also traditionally used to help manage nervous or excitable behaviour in horses, under veterinary guidance.
