Directions for Use:

Follow the simple steps for optimal results:

1. Ensure surfaces are clean and free from oil, grease, and dust. Wipe off any pooled water from wet timber.
2. Cut the cartridge tip, fit the nozzle, and cut to the desired opening (5mm).
3. Apply a bead along the length of the joist, stud, or batten. For broad flat surfaces, apply beads every 40cm.
4. Position the pieces and press firmly together. Use sufficient nails, screws, or clamping to achieve full contact over the bond area. The adhesive remains repositionable for up to 20 minutes after fitting.
5. Allow the adhesive to set for a minimum of 24 hours* before removing temporary fasteners or clamping. For high-stress applications, use with mechanical fasteners.

Exceptional coverage: Approximately 3 meters using a 5mm diameter bead of Liquid Nails Original.

Please note that a strong bond is typically achieved within 24 hours and continues to strengthen over 2-3 days. Curing is complete within 7 days, with longer times expected for thicker applications, less porous surfaces, and in cold weather.

*Pretest plastics to determine compatibility. Not for use on polyethylene, polypropylene, Teflon, silicone, or polystyrene.
