This 100% neutral cure silicone is specially formulated with fungicide to prevent mould and mildew growth, making it perfect for hot and humid areas. Reacting with atmospheric moisture, it forms a durable silicone rubber seal.

Directions:

• Cut the nozzle at a 45-degree angle to achieve the desired bead width and apply the sealant to the substrate using a sealant gun.
• Tooling time is 5-8 minutes for precise application.
• The tack-free time is approximately 1 hour, providing ample time for adjustments.

Surface Preparation:Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dirt, grease, oil, or water. For metal and glass surfaces, use general-purpose thinners or mineral turpentine and allow them to dry.

Storage:Store below 28°C, and the product will maintain its quality for up to 12 months from the date of manufacture.

Limitations:

• Not suitable for structural glazing, submerged joints with porous substrates, or aquarium construction.
• Avoid using it in contact with bituminous materials or certain rubber products to prevent staining or reduced performance.
• Complete painting before applying the sealant, as it cannot be painted over successfully.
