Usage:

• Suitable for general purpose roof and gutter sealing, as well as weatherproofing applications.
• Also ideal for industrial, potable water, and automotive sealing applications.
• Can be used as an adhesive and sealant on various common building substrates*, including glass, metals (aluminium, steel), concrete, brick, plasterboard, wood, ceramics, most plastics*, and most powder-coated surfaces.
• *Pretest on substrates is recommended.

Directions:

• Cut the nozzle at a 45-degree angle to achieve the desired bead width and apply to the substrate using a sealant gun.
• Tooling time is 5-10 minutes, allowing for precise application.
• The tack-free time is approximately 1 hour, providing ample time for adjustments.

Surface Preparation:Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dirt, grease, oil, or water. For metal and glass surfaces, clean with general-purpose thinners or mineral turpentine and allow them to dry.

Storage:Store below 28°C, and the product will maintain its quality for up to 12 months from the date of manufacture.

Limitations:

• Not suitable for structural glazing, submerged joints with porous substrates, or aquarium construction.
• Avoid applying in contact with bituminous materials or certain rubber products to prevent staining or reduced performance.
• Complete painting before applying the sealant, as it cannot be painted over successfully.
