This high-quality 100% neutral cure silicone is designed to prevent mould and mildew growth, making it ideal for industrial kitchens, shower screens, baths, vanities, basins, and waterproofing applications.

Usage:Suitable as an adhesive and sealant for various common building substrates, including glass, aluminium, tiles, ceramics, fibreglass, non-oily timber, and most paint and powder-coated surfaces. Pre-testing on substrates is recommended for optimal results.

Directions:

1. Cut the nozzle at a 45° angle to achieve the desired bead width and apply to the substrate using a sealant gun.
2. Tooling time is 5-8 minutes, allowing for easy and precise application.
3. Tack-free time is approximately 1 hour, ensuring a quick and efficient sealing process.

Surface Preparation:Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dirt, grease, oil, or water. For metal and glass surfaces, clean with general-purpose thinners or mineral turpentine and allow them to dry.

Storage:Store below 28°C, and the product will maintain its quality for up to 12 months from the date of manufacture.

Limitations:

• Not suitable for structural glazing or submerged joints with porous substrates.
• Avoid applying in contact with bituminous materials or certain rubber products to prevent staining or reduced performance.
• Not recommended for drinking water tanks or aquarium construction.
• Complete painting before applying the sealant, as it cannot be painted over successfully.
