FFE’s plain cavesson flat converter noseband is designed to offer pressure release unlike a normal cavesson. The pad at the back is designed to slide forwards and backwards so you can manoeuvre it to give the maximum padding, unlike a standard cavesson that is only padded on one side. Once done up the pad stays in place. This offers you similar padding to a crank noseband whilst still retaining the simple buckle fixture without the crank strap.

If you are buying a noseband for a non-Flexible Fit bridle that does not have attachments for double buckle nosebands, you may need to purchase one of the FFE noseband converters.
