Description
Tordon RegrowthMaster Herbicide

Active Ingredients: Aminopyralid 25 g/L, Picloram 100 g/L, Triclopyr 200 g/L

Tordon RegrowthMaster Herbicide is designed for control of unwanted timber regrowth using stem injection or cut stump/brushcutter applications. It can also control blackberry, gorse, and Harrisia cactus through foliar spray treatment.

This herbicide is an advanced management tool for thinning regrowth to improve productivity in grazing enterprises and support native forest management. It provides superior control of wattle regrowth compared with previous formulations, reducing root suckering where this is common.

Registered Use Areas:

  • Agricultural non-crop areas

  • Commercial and industrial areas

  • Forests

  • Pastures

  • Rights-of-way

Target Species:

  • Acacia / Wattle Seedlings

  • Angophora

  • Blackberry

  • Camphor Laurel

  • Casuarina / Sheoak

  • Corymbia

  • Eucalyptus species (see label)

  • Furze / Gorse

  • Harrisia Cactus

  • Lophostemon spp.

  • Melaleuca

Key Benefits:

  • Specialty herbicide for stem injection and cut stump treatment of woody weeds.

  • Formulated for mixing with water.

  • Provides targeted weed control with minimal off-target risk.

  • Effective on single- and multi-stemmed saplings where foliar spraying may be difficult or environmentally risky.

  • Cut stump application prevents regrowth after mechanical control.

  • Can be applied as a high-volume foliar spray for species restricted from ester formulations.

  • Contains three active ingredients (Aminopyralid, Picloram, Triclopyr) from the pyridine group (Group I herbicides) with auxin-inhibiting activity to disrupt plant cell growth.

Defoliation may take several weeks depending on growth conditions, and full results can take up to 18 months. The speed and extent of grass response depend on the seed bank and rainfall following treatment.
