HIGH STRENGTH AVIARY MESHES

Whites Large Bird Aviary Meshes are high in strength and offer a selection of apertures and wire diameters to enhance viewing and properly contain larger birds.

Suitable for birds such as Galahs, Corellas, African Love Birds and all Australian Parrots. For cockatoos and macaws, we recommend a very high strength mesh such as our Mesh Panel range.

Suggested breeds are a guide only – actual mesh will also depend on the design and construction of your cage, aviary or pen. Please consult breeders to correctly choose mesh suitable for your birds.

Note: It is recommended that new galvanised wire mesh used in aviaries and pet cages be treated to remove excess zinc that could possibly harm the pets. Shave off any zinc spikes with a utility knife. The mesh should then be scrubbed with a mild solution of vinegar (2 cups in a bucket of water), and rinsed with clean water.
